I have been fortunate enough to have worked in the marine industry
in one form or another for the last 20 years. From cleaning and handing
over of new boats, through harbour maintenance, harbour taxi service,
and boat hire to managing a Chandlery shop, I have done pretty much
everything.
I was born in Salcombe and live and breathe boats. I have sailed,
rowed, motored, windsurfed and water-skied as long as I can remember.
This has given me invaluable experience and knowledge of the products
that would best suit an individual situation and provide the ideal
solution for your needs.
Since 2002 I have been self-employed, during this time as well as
my main work in the maintenance and care of boats of all sizes, I
have also carried a large number of yacht/boat deliveries as well
as carrying out rigging work. I have worked extensively as an instructor
with Salcombe Powerboat School -
Since 1993 I have been a member of the Salcombe Lifeboat crew and
have been involved in a large number of rescues. This has given me
the opportunity to undertake a great deal training.
There are two lifeboats on station, the
Atlantic 75 and the new state of the art Tamar class. You can keep
